IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE:
BUFETE MATA ÁLVAREZ, S.C., hereinafter "BMA", with address located at: Calle Allende No. 31 Interior 5, Zona Centro, C.P. 36,500, Irapuato, Guanajuato, which indicates as address to hear and receive notifications in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (the Law), the Regulation of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the Regulation) and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (The Guidelines).

PERSONAL DATA TO COLLECT: BMA may collect the personal data necessary to comply with the purposes set forth in this notice, which include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) name, (ii) address, (iii) company and position it occupies in the same , (iv) landline, office and / or mobile telephone, (v) email, (vi) federal tax payer registration, and (vii) occupation or profession, (viii) essential information for the existence of a legal relationship, including labor relations, (ix) information necessary for compliance with obligations established in the applicable legislation.

In addition to the personal data mentioned above, BMA may collect personal data considered as sensitive, these may be information related to the matter for which BMA was contracted or information that you could provide for a better evaluation of the case by signing this Notice, you express your express consent to collect and treat them.

PRIMARY PURPOSES: The personal data collected by BMA shall be administered and processed in accordance with the Law, the Regulations and the applicable Guidelines and with the objective of carrying out the provision of the legal services provided by BMA to its clients, having as primary purposes for their treatment the following; (iii) process and follow up on legal services contracted with BMA; (vii) keep updated the legal relationship that exists between the client and BMA; (viii) those derived from the employment relationship that may exist with BMA; (ix) billing tasks, clarifications and collection follow-up.

SECONDARY PURPOSES: Likewise BMA, may treat your personal data for the following secondary purposes: (i) sending information and legal news or issues that BMA believes may be of interest to the customer or user, as well as news, communications or BMA advertising; (ii) sending invitations to conferences, seminars, talks and cultural or social events in which BMA participates, and / or (iii) sending communications and invitations to participate in BMA projects or in projects that BMA, at its judgment, consider may interest you. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA: We inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to a company or person outside the companies of the BMA group, its affiliates, controllers and / or subsidiaries. They will only be transferred in the cases established in the LFPDPPP for which their consent is not necessary.

MEANS OF OBTAINING YOUR PERSONAL DATA: BMA may obtain your personal data through the digital environment such as the page or electronic communications established with BMA, as well as through correspondence, business cards, personal of the owner or telephone communications. We inform you that BMA does not obtain data automatically through cookies or web beacons, or similar technologies.

MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OPPOSITION, LIMITATION TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA: You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use them for and the conditions of use we give them (Access). It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when it considers that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set forth in the law (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

For the exercise and procedures of any of the ARCO rights, you can contact the BMA Privacy Officer through an email to the address: administracion@bufetemata.com. In this email you will have to specify:

1.- Full name of the owner.
2.- If acting through a representative, specify the name of the representative and attach an electronic copy of the power of attorney or corresponding notarial instrument.
3.- Email where you will be informed of the response to this request.
4.- Specify which ARCO right you wish to exercise, if you wish to exercise the limitation of use or disclosure or if you wish to revoke the consent to the processing of your personal data.
5.- In case of requesting rectification please specify the incorrect information and the change you wish to make, attaching a document that proves that the data provided is correct.
6.- In case of requesting the limitation of use or disclosure specify which secondary purpose they wish to limit.

Also, by order of the LFPDPPP you must attach a document that proves your identity, which may be:
​
1 IFE or INE credential.
2 Valid passport.
3 Military Service Booklet.
4 Professional Certificate.
5 Migratory document that confirms the legal stay of the foreigner of the country.

In case the information provided in the Application is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accreditation documents are not accompanied, the BMA Privacy Officer, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request , may require you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to meet the requirement, counted from the day after you received it. If there is no response within that period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted.

The Privacy Officer of BMA will inform you of the decision adopted, within a maximum term of twenty (20) working days from the date on which the request was received, in order that, if it is appropriate, it will be effective within the fifteen (15) business days after the response is reported. The answer will be given electronically to the email address specified in the email.
If you have requested to limit the use or disclosure of your data and if appropriate, your request will be registered in BMA's own exclusion list and you will receive electronic proof of this request.

CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY NOTICE:
BMA will notify you of any change to the present through its website http://www.bufetemata.com/ where at the end of the notice you can see when it was the last modification.

* We remind you that this privacy notice only applies to individuals who are not in their capacity as a natural person with business activity, that is, all the information that BMA deals with regarding legal entities, natural persons in their capacity as merchants and professionals, the regulations do not apply. Therefore, BMA is not responsible for presenting this notice to said persons.
